Atzimba — Captain & Founder

Escaramuza Captain · Lead Instructor

Every lesson at Palomas is taught by the captain herself. Atzimba has spent her life around horses and leads one of the most dedicated escaramuza teams in Los Angeles — training girls from their very first time in the saddle all the way to performing in full regalia.

Patient with beginners, exacting with technique, and warm with every family — she treats every rider like one of her own.

“I don't just teach girls to ride — I teach them to carry themselves with pride, on and off the horse.”
